Rick Kerlin is the third-generation leader of Kerlin Motor Company and the grandson of its founder. His passion for customer service is unmatched—he makes it a point to personally meet every customer who walks through our doors. Rick is married with two children, Camille and Carson, and is the driving force behind Kerlin’s long-standing success. His commitment goes beyond the business; Rick is deeply involved in giving back. He’s an active member of the Warsaw Optimist Club, supports the K21 Foundation, raises funds for Riley Children’s Hospital, and has even donated land to the town of Silver Lake. Rick believes a true legacy isn’t built on sales—it’s built on service to others.

Parts and Service Director Kevin began his career at Kerlin Motor Company as a technician in 1988. He became a Senior Master Technician in 2000 and transitioned to Parts and Service Director in 2017.

I've been part of the Kerlin Motor Company team since 2018 and have worked in the automotive industry for more than 21 years. Throughout my career, nothing has been more rewarding than being part of a dealership like Kerlin's, that genuinely puts people first. Every day, our team works to break the traditional car-buying stigma by being transparent, straightforward, and focused on doing what's right for our customers. I graduated from Warsaw Community High School and have called northern Indiana home for most of my life. My wife, Kelley, and I were married in 2020 and are blessed with a big blended family that includes four children and seven grandchildren, ranging from a newborn to a high school senior. When I'm away from the dealership, you'll usually find us spending time with family or traveling. Whether it's relaxing on the beaches of Isle of Palms, South Carolina, taking in the neon lights of Las Vegas or Atlantic City, or enjoying the mountains of Gatlinburg, we love making memories together. My goal is simple: to make your vehicle purchase as straightforward, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible. Whether you're buying your first vehicle or your fifteenth, I'm here to answer your questions, provide honest guidance, and help you make a confident decision.
