From checking in new arrivals and preparing vehicles for customers to answering questions and coordinating deliveries, Dave plays an important role in keeping the dealership moving forward.

Cameron: The Next Generation
Cameron is one of the newer members of the Kerlin Motor Company team. He is married, has a young daughter, and represents the next generation of people learning how business has been done here for nearly a century.
He quickly learned that success in the automotive business is not built by pressuring people. It is built by listening, understanding the customer’s situation, and helping solve a problem.
Sometimes that solution results in a vehicle sale today. Sometimes it means providing advice, answering a question, or helping someone prepare for a future purchase.

Aimee understands the challenges families face because she is a mom herself.
